Nonprofit Management Institute

TCC's Non-Profit Institute is a visionary joint project involving Tallahassee Community College, non-profit organizations, association executives, as well as workforce partners, higher education entities and local economic and governmental supporters. The Institute is geared toward associations, non-profit organizations, and individuals seeking a cerificate of completion in Non-Profit Management or Non-Profit Leadership.

TCC offers classes in Nonprofit Management to meet the needs of busy professionals. These classes are taught by outstanding practitioners and academicians in the profession of nonprofits. Each course may be taken individually to fine-tune working knowledge or as part of a comprehensive certificate program. These courses are offered at the TCC Capitol located in the heart of downtown.

Hurricane Faith: Faith Disaster Recovery Information

Through a grant from the Knight Foundation, Tallahassee Community College partnered with the American Red Cross, United Partners for Human Services, Volunteer Leon, Tallahassee Society of Association Executives and the City of Tallahassee to provide disaster recovery training and the development of recovery plans for small non-profits (fewer than 10 employees), and faith - based organizations in Leon County.
