Non-Degree Seeking Student
Students who are not seeking a degree but wish to take classes at Tallahassee Community College may apply as non-degree students. Transient students are also considered non-degree seeking students.

Apply to Take a Class
Please follow these steps to apply as a non-degree seeking student:
1. Submit your TCC application for admission and all other relevant information.
Either complete TCC's online application or download a printable application (pdf 183.27 kB) . Please remember to fill it out in its entirety. You must also submit the following documents with your application:
- High school transcript or unofficial transcript from the last college or university attended
- Residency form
2. Complete and submit the non-degree student form.
The non-degree student form (pdf 77.52 kB) must be submitted every semester for which you wish to enroll. Please remember to attach your unofficial transcript from the last college or university you attended with this form.
Please follow these steps to apply as a transient student:
1. Submit your TCC application for admission and all other relevant information.
Either complete TCC's online application or download a printable application (pdf 183.27 kB) . Please remember to fill it out in its entirety. You must also submit the residency form with your application.
2. Submit a transient letter from the college you are currently attending listing the courses you have been approved to take at TCC.
